Chilcotin Harvest Staff

	Adele Adele moved to the Chilcotin in November 2010 from Vancouver Island because she loves the outdoors and enjoys living a healthy lifestyle. She is an extreme athlete who competes in Downhill Mountain Biking, Triathalons, and many other sports. Adele helps with al areas of the abattoir.

	Volker Volker who is born and raised in Germany is our master butcher. He joined the Chilcotin Harvest team in August 2011 after him and his family moved to the Chilcotin. Volker is responsible for the slaughtering, cutting as well as sausage making and making value added products. He has over 30 years of work experience and has won several awards in sausage making. He is also a very experienced dressage rider and loves fly-fishing.

	Tobias Tobias has always known in his heart that his home would be in the Chilcotin, whose beauty is apparent only to those who choose to experience it. Tobias loves the outdoors and enjoys game hunting and recreational fishing. He also likes farming sheep... sometimes! This goes hand in hand with the work he does at Chilcotin Harvest. Tobias is part of the slaughter team and supports the butcher in cutting and deboning.
