Shipping: I send frozen product with Greyhound Courier throughout 
BC. The Styrofoam box, dry ice and shipping are not included. Minimum order for shipping is one 50-pound box.
Packaging:

All product is frozen.
Most are packaged in one pound packages; steaks and chops are in packs of two; roasts are 3-4 pounds (lamb roasts tend to be smaller); sausages come four to a pack; marrow bones in 5 pound bags; ribs are around 2 pounds per pack.

For our sausages and jerky we use wild crafted and organic herbs, spices, organic grey sea salt (containing over 80 minerals), and Pasture to Plate bee honey. We do not use any fillers, nitrites or preservatives of any kind in any of our products.
